Thanks for making me feel bad. I haven't exercised while I'm on this paper binge. But once school is over I'm going to get right back on track.
On the plus side I have lost 10 pounds so, I too, am determined to keep it off. And perhaps substitute a few more pounds of fat for muscle.
Anyway, best of luck Diane, I say you'll reach your goal in no time.
Hey, I heard I'm supposed to lose about 10 pounds this week due to the liquid diet! Now that I think about it, it might have been more pleasant to just work out a bit.
It's hard to remember but I used to run cross country track in high school. Now ugh! I'd rather exercise my wit then get on a treadmill.
Good luck, I have only been able to lose significant amounts of weight has been by going on long hikes--I go to the gym regularly and never lose weight. But I feel better!
