More rain today, and I'm happy to have it. These are the reasons I'm always glad to see rain coming down in Southern California:
1. The Antelope Valley California Poppy Preserve State Park.
If we get enough rain, I can enjoy this again, in the Spring

2. The Bolsa Chica Wetlands

Rain brings foliage for the bunnies

3. The Cleveland National Forest

Rain brings water to the creeks running through it, and lots of pretty wildflowers

I've seen Death Valley twice on years with lots of rain in December/January... Once was in late February 1995 (I think I have the year right) and the other time was in mid-March 2005. In both cases, it was beautiful! Enjoy the rain--we got 6 inches of snow overnight

Rain brings rainbows and rainbows bring gay pride parades and those are always lots of fun!

Love those bunnies!

The only downside to the rain today was I was expecting a package from Amazon, so I was out front every 15-20 minutes checking to see if it came. I was afraid it (and the books inside) would get soaked! Otherwise, bring it on. Heaven knows we need it.

Stay warm!
