OMG, Diane, I am so very sorry. I'll call you in a little while.
I'm sorry.
I'm so sorry about Hannah. I know your heart must be breaking right now.
I am so so sorry. I wish there was more to say...
I'm really sorry, too. :-( Hanna was a beautiful dog. And I know she had a good life with you. Thinking about you!
Diane, I am so very sorry for your loss. Hanna was such a beautiful dog, she seemed like she was a great companion for you and Samantha. Thank you for sharing her all this time with us on your blog, I for one am glad to have gotten to know her that way. RIP beautiful Hanna.
I'm so sorry. Through your blog, we all have fallen in love with "the girls." I know your's and Samantha's hearts are aching. Thank you for sharing them with us. Blessings.
Sorry to hear about that. My note at THN a few weeks ago would of course apply here as well.
Thanks to everyone for the kind words - it means alot to me.
Hanna had a good Thanksgiving - ate lots of turkey and even stole some dinner rolls off the table. But by Monday morning, she was very ill, and couldn't even keep water down. So, I knew it was time to let her go.
I feel terrible, but would feel worse if she was still suffering.
Thanks again for your kind thoughts and words.
OMG, tears sprang to my eyes reading that. I'm so sorry Diane.
RIP Hanna!
I am so sorry for your loss Diane. She had a wonderful life and was very blessed to have you as her mom. She is in a better place now.
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....
♥Hanna♥
Diane, I'm so sorry. Thanks for sharing so many wonderful stories and pictures of Hannah.
I'm so so sorry to hear about Hanna. And for the delayed response. Just now catching up on blogs. We'll be thinking of you. Take care, blog friend.
Diane, you were a great friend to Hannah.
OMG - I'm soooo sorry I have not kept up on my blogs! I just read this and my heart goes out to you. Hanna will be sorely missed.
I'm sorry for your loss Diane.
I am so sorry that I missed this until now. I feel just awful for you and obviously understand what you are going through. What a great dog Hanna was. There was a more than a few times that Hannah would get up and bark at Nikki and I as we walked by. Now hopefully they are hanging out at the giant green belt.
So Very Sorry to read this. I knew it was coming, but it's never easy... I understand what you went/are going through, as many of us out here do, and have said prayers of comfort for you. It appears you were an Awesome Pet Mom and did The Best. * A Bright Star in Your Sky.
