The unthinkable has happened . . .

My war cry when it comes to my hair appointments - which are set 6 weeks in advance - is that I miss the appointment for no man. Today, I had to cancel my appointment for tomorrow morning because I have too much work to get out, and everybody else working on this project is either off tomorrow or out of town skiing. The next available appointment is January 30 - that means 11 extra days of dark roots.

I am not happy about this . . .

Oh Diane that is not good! 11 extra days of dark roots! Well I must admit I wouldn't notice your dark roots, I am not that gay. That is unfair that everybody else is having a good time excpet for you!

Diane for the mean time you can always buy a root touch-up kit. They sell them everywhere.

I am a brunette but I breifly thought about changing my hair to a lighter color. However I decided against it since I am too lazy to keep up with the Maintenance.

Bigger hair will help hide the roots for now:)

I've been so busy that yesterday I cancelled a doc appointment for tennis elbow... (it sounds like I'm being funny and trying to one up you, but I really did!)

To have hair with roots to worry about...

Ugh I've got at least an inch of dark root showing right now. I told everyone I'm going for the Debby Harry look but I'm really just a lazy girl.

This might cheer you up until your color. I just came across a GREAT quality file of the Melissa/Joss Grammy performance. It's the video footage though. I'm uploading it now and you can download it in a bit if you want.

I don't know how to convert it to just audio, but I'm sure somebody knows.

You can have my appointment tomorrow. I still don't know what to do with mine. And I'm rocking 3 months of regrowth. It's sex-ay.

I totally feel your pain. That's why I have lots of knit hats. :)

I'm supposed to feel sympathy and I don't even have time to clip my fingernails? And don't even get me started on my pedicure. I'm just glad it's winter time and I can get away with boots for the next month or so.
