What a great pic. Earlier in the week, maybe Monday night, I saw the most beautiful sunset from my house. Just my luck, I was out of film.
Side note: where you able to link a current post to an old one?
dan - thanks - there have been great sunsets lately . . . the problem I am having with linking to an old post is figuring out the URL for the old post . . . any suggestions?
Diane, to link to an old post, you have to open up your "compose" window in Blogger and then in a second screen open up your blog. Find your old post and click on the time stamp at the bottom of that post. It should then open up a page of your blog with just that post on it. At the top of the window in the address bar will be the url to your post. Copy it.
Then link the old post as you would an outside link (ie: in your Wilt Chamberlain post).
Voila! Hope that makes sense/Solves the problem you were talking about.
Great picture!!!
Diane, your question intrigued me. I think this is the answer.
If you sign-in to Dashboard and select change settings you should see an Archiving link in the menu. There you can select yes for "enable post page?" This will assign each of your posts a unique URL. You will have to save changes and likely republish you blog which would take several minutes.
mishy and flix - thanks for the info - I'll check it out!
Yeap. That picture is gorgeous. Though if I remember correctly, the Santa Ana winds can get pretty strong. Any wind scares yet? I remember once seeing an RV flip over due to the winds on the local news.
v - the winds weren't too bad this time around, but you're right - they can create a lot of problems
