Alright, you want to grab the URL of your old post. Hopefully your can see the quick links above the post field. (If you can't see it, I suggest upgrading to Fire Fox or Opera). So you click the icon that looks like a link in a chain and put in the URL.
I tried to set up some examples but blogger keeps converting the code. But that should get you on your way. When the code comes up on your page, you can add in text between the ] and [/a].

Funny Story, I just figured out where you live, and Nanna is not a big fan of our Nikki Papa Georgio. I will be out walking her early in the morning before we leave for our anniversary weekend. Hopefully we can sneak by without Nanna getting to upset with us. :) It is too dark by the time I get home to walk her on the green belt. Cheers!!
Jen - first of all, Happy Anniversary! And second - your Nikki and many other's . . . Hanna has a bit of an issue with other females walking by our house . . . :-)
