I can. You know when you upload, it puts the code at the top of your post? Just copy and paste the code down between the paragraphs where you want to place the photo.
Yep. Just like LA said.
ok, not to sound stupid, but when I upload, I get a photo there, not a code?
Diane - you can do one of two things. You can grab the photo and just drag it down further in the post until it's where you want it to be. OR - you can highlight it at the top of the post, copy it, move the cursor where you want it, and then paste it.

To answer your 2nd question "not to sound dumb (& you don't):
There are two tabs just to the upper right of the box where you write your post. "Edit HTML" and "Compose".
Edit HTML shows you the code of the picture. Compose shows the actual picture.
I have found it easier to put the photos in, in the order I want (or arrange them first), then to cut and paste the text that I want to start next to the photos. Good luck
thanks, everyone!
My biggest problem is actually getting blogger to upload photos to begin with. It's been such a pain lately!
mishy, blogger has been a pain lately.
Diane, now that you got all these helpful hints, when are you going to upload pics?
damn. and to think i work on a computer as a living. this is all greek to me.
Yes, dragging it where you want works.
