What is your favorite Holiday gift?
When I was a young girl, I used to go fishing with my father and older brother. At first, we would go out on the public boats from the local piers. Eventually, my dad bought an old fishing boat on which we would head out from Dana Point Harbor. My brother and father had their own fishing rods, and we would rent one for me. So, I was thrilled when I received my very own fishing rod for Xmas one year. That was more than 35 years ago, and to this day, it is my favorite Xmas gift ever.

Well el Hombre gave me an IPOD when they first came out and I have enjoyed it immensely.
Santa always brings me clothing which sounds boring but is always needed. Plus, Santa generally has excellent taste.

mish - Santa brings me clothes too - - sadly Santa always buys the wrong size, in clothes unsuited for my figure, at stores that don't allow returns. But the Salvation Army and my housekeeper love them!
No wonder the Salvation Army and your housekeeper love me so much.

My grandfather gave me his erector set from the 1930's. It wasn't a holiday gift, but still one of my favorite gifts.

Santa bought me my Apple Powerbook last year! That has to be one of my favorite gifts of all time.

Money is always a good gift.
When I was 12, my parents bought me an electric guitar, which I really REALLY wanted (so as to further my imminent rock star career). It was one of those $79 guitars from Sears magazine with "humbucking pickups." I also got a 3 watt amp with it. Man, I loved that guitar.
Hehehe... Erector set.
Sorry, sometimes I am twelve years old.
