5k is one of my goals, too. Which means I REALLY should start running again. You'll have to let me know if you hear of any good ones.
Diane - This coming year, I have told myself that I am going join Team in Training. They train you for a marathon while you collect donations for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Check it out it really seems worth wild!

I saw a story in the news awhile back for companies who hook you up to run marathons on ALL continents - including antarctica. It looked cool (if you're a crazy addicted runner). Photos of people running through the African bush or near glaciers.
